Choo Choo’s

This cosy cafe is conveniently located only a short stroll away from Pools and will always provide a quality dining experience that will leave you with a smile on your face. 

Aside from the picturesque views of the lush golf course and lake at St Crispins, the extensive breaky menu is nothing short of impressive and the smooth coffee will be sure to give you that morning buzz. Keep things simple with a delicious Eggs Benny, or go all out and try the bacon and fresh fruit crepes. 

Jump on the famous Bally Hooley train and check out Choo Choo’s second location at the Marina for some stunning inlet and mountain views.

Little Larder

Fresq

As one of the all time local’s favourites, cafe Fresq always delivers exceptional breakfasts, lunches and coffees that will top off your holiday in sunny Port Douglas. This spot is centrally located in town, so you’ll have quick and easy access to Macrossan Street shopping, the Sunday Markets and Four Mile Beach. 

Make sure you try the Corn and Zucchini Fritters, and if coffee isn’t for you, a fresh and tropical fruit juice will definitely hit the spot. This is a family friendly environment so it will be perfect when bringing the kids along. 

Grant St Kitchen

One of the newest kids on the block, Grant St Kitchen has quickly gained a reputation for their delicious baked goods, down to earth service and reasonable priced menu. If you consider yourself a sweet tooth, this is without a doubt the place for you! One of the best parts of holidaying is being able to indulge, so what would be better than a rich chocolate brownie with breakfast? 

Don’t worry, the savoury lovers will still be looked after; everything from giant sausage rolls to Pumpkin, Spinach and Ricotta pies are made fresh each day for your enjoyment. Dine in or even better yet, order your goodies as a takeaway and head back to Pool Resort for a dreamy breaky in bed followed by a swim in our impressive lagoon. 

Hi Tide

A simple meal can be made unforgettable when dining beside the beach in paradise. Listen to the ocean while sitting under the palm trees at Hi Tide; situated right on Four Mile beach esplanade. For the early risers, come and grab a table at 7am for some epic sunrise views. 

The Breakfast Burger is certainly a must-try, and the Maple Granola is a great choice for something light and refreshing. This unreal location paired with the brilliant food and lovely service will be more than enough to make your day – any local would say the same!  

Betty’s Bohemian Beach Cafe

This bohemian styled cafe serves classics and contemporary dishes that will leave you feeling satisfied and ready for your day. If you’re looking for something yummy, healthy and exciting, you’ll quickly find it on Betty’s menu. Try an Acai smoothie bowl for a healthy and refreshing way to kick start your day in paradise!
