For something a little closer to home, the vibrant Cairns Festival offers exciting celebrations that run for just under two weeks \u2013 and the best part is, most of the events are totally free! There\u2019s something for everyone to love with a diverse program that\u2019s filled with music, art, theatre, film, and comedy.<\/p>\n

The festivities will take place from Babinda to Trinity Beach and will feature some outstanding venues such as the magical and newly developed Munro Martin Parklands in the city centre.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of ways that you can get involved in this unique event that aims to share the love and bring the community together! The street parade is always a hit, along with the family concerts and film nights. And of course, there will be fireworks – because who doesn\u2019t love fireworks?<\/p>\n
